We have had Chris and his team come to our home in the past to mount our large flat screen TV indoor. So naturally we invited them back to help design and install our outdoor entertainment area by our new pool. Chris takes the time to come out and really listen to what it is you want to achieve with your technology system. He understands costs but will not install something that you would, at some point down the road, be unhappy with. Even after the system is installed, if you have an issue, Precise Audio is quick to respond and assist you to get you up and running again! I highly recommend them for any internal or external TV/audio/internet system work. You will not be disappointed!

Dang. These guys are good! I am new to the area. Needed my flat panel and audio equipment mounted and re-configured. My scenario presented several surprises from solid wood wall behind sheet rock "no studs" to my personal entertainment system required networking with my online web business functionality. I started my "due diligence" with their website. Clear, professional and informative. Spoke with Chris and Jarrod. Arranged appointment for them to isolate my needs and plan their solution. Scheduled appointment for performance. Came back with their solution and performance. The previous tenants had left outdated and unusable data/telephone and electrical wiring through our new office but Chris quickly assessed what needed to be done. Chris and his associate Dan were all over helping me cut the cable. They set us up with Apple TV so I could get YouTube tv. Before the installation, they came out to do an on-site consult. I am glad they did as they were able to make suggestions to the ideas I had. Their suggestions ended up lowering the price of the install and making the final product better. While the team was here performing the install, they could not have been more professional. Every surface where they brought in equipment was covered by a protective mat. They prevented dust from going everywhere by using a vacuum while cutting anything. Eric, Tyler, and Jarrod worked together seamlessly to get the physical install finished on the first day. The quality of the install is off the charts with cable management and the placement of the hardware. The equipment itself is a joy to show-off. Jarrod came back the second day to complete all the programming. He worked with me to ensure the system was setup in a way that made it easy to use. The final product far exceeds my expectations. I would highly recommend Precise Audio to anyone looking for custom home theater installation. They will always be my first call for any work I may want in the future.

The most amazing company for all your audiovisual needs. If you are building a new home you must use them to pre-wire your house for not only immediate needs but planning for future needs and expansion of security and A/V technology. For pre-existing homes like mine they were the first company that finally got my house to the point of amazing as far as A/V goes (I tried 4 other companies over 15 years). Their Control4 system makes it so easy to access and run your system from your smart phone, pad or remote control. We finally look as smart as are millennial children! I would give them 10 stars if I could, they get my highest recommendation without reserve. They are simply the best!

I was lucky to finally find Chris at Precise Audio after being redirected to so many other sites after typing in "best home theatre installers in Port Orange" or multiple on similar requests.

After months of frustration trying to update my home theatre system with new components purchased from Best Buy and installed by their "Geek Squad" I finally found Precise Audio. Chris, the owner, scheduled his team to come out and rescue this 82 year old former whiz Heathkit builder how to properly wire it. Two unbelievably knowledgeable techs showed up, asked a few questions, and had my total system working just perfectly in 1.5 hours. They also left written detailed notes on using the system because they just knew I was lying when I said I would remember all that they said when the door closed behind them. Five stars is way too .little on my review!

We moved to the area only a few weeks ago and have had many vendors in. What set Precise Audio and Chris and his team apart is the respect they showed to us and to our home. As we interacted with them on more than one visit it became easy to see this respect was a reflection of their personal values.

Add to that their technical expertise and ability to translate what you would like done into the appropriate solution and there is no other company on their level in this business. Our home was wired for sound in multiple rooms but only the wires were left behind resulting in there being no way to use the speakers in the ceilings. We also needed multiple TVs mounted, powered and connected to the speakers as well.

We couldn't be happier with the solutions they provided us and how well they work. Accordingly, we are already thinking of expanding our utilization of home automation now that we know it can easily make our life much easier - thanks to Chris and his Precise Audio team!

Chris and his team just left our home after install of new TV and re-working our antiquated sound and music system. If there were 6 or 7 stars...that would be what we would rate !
